The Charm Girls Does NOT offer refunds. If there is a problem on OUR behalf with your order once it is received, you must contact us within 48 hours to discuss the issue. The Charm Girls are not responsible for LOST, STOLEN, or DELAYED items!! As of 4/1/23, we will NO LONGER resend damaged items. If a item is damaged upon arrival, you will need to send in a picture of item via text, email, or IG dm. You will then receive a store credit.  Thank you! We appreciate your business ❤ 

Processing orders takes 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS  (most times sooner). Processing time has nothing to do with shipping times. The Charm Girls DOES NOT ship on weekends. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Our "Flat Rate" shipping is through the USPS. Delivery normally takes 2-5 days. Please be sure to include your CORRECT shipping information. The Charm Girls are not responsible for INCORRECT shipping information. If your package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Once your package has been shipped, The Charm Girls are not responsible for delivery issues. You will need to contact your local post office. Once your order status states "DELIVERED" , The Charm Girls WILL NOT assist with REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS!! UPS Ground is offered at checkout as a shipping option. Shipping time with UPS is 1-5 days.)

Custom orders take about 3-4 weeks (most times sooner) to process!  If your item is not done within the 4 week period, you may continue to wait if you'd like or we can offer you a full refund. Keep in mind that your patience is greatly appreciated. Refunds will not be given for impatience! We will ONLY issue a refund option if your order goes past 4 weeks.

Your fashion jewelry should be the last thing you put on before going out the door and the first thing you take off after coming home. From time to time, clean your jewelry with a soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth. This will keep it shinning and remove the body oils, perfume, and lotions that over time, will damage the finish on your jewelry.
